Yes, we offer a truly blended option for learning catered to all students. To complete most courses, you will have the option of self-paced eLearning, joining a cohort for a fixed period delivered in modules, watching recordings of previous lectures, or attending virtual classrooms.
Yes you can. Each student is entitled to a free klepper.edu.au email address and Microsoft student account. This will give you the functionality of Office 365 student for the duration of your studies. Your course instructor will provide you with details to set up your account on the first day of lectures.
Yes, you will receive a digital certificate within 24 – 48 hours of completing your training for all courses and qualifications. Your physical certificate will be mailed out to you within a month of completing your course. For some courses (such as Provide CPR and basic First Aid), only a digital certificate will be provided. If you want a physical certificate, there will be a $20 certificate fee.
Absolutely! Our online courses provide opportunities for interaction through discussion forums, virtual group projects, and networking events. Collaboration and networking with your cohort are a key element to your success and education. Upon enrolment to long courses (>6 months) you will be invited to join a Facebook group which will include all current and previous graduands of the course you are completing. This will enable you to lean on your peer group for support, to answer questions, and to find support for assessment items (such as role-players).
Yes, our online business and leadership training courses cater to learners at all levels, including beginners. We offer courses that provide foundational knowledge as well as advanced courses for those looking to enhance their existing skills. Some course (for example Diploma or higher) benefit from experience in the workplace, or previous studies. When enrolling in these courses, your trainer will discuss your background and experience with you to ensure you are set up to succesfully complete the course.
